Numico implements previously announced settlement concerning shares sold on 9 July 2007

This website contains important information regarding the execution of the settlement reached between Royal Numico N.V. (now named: Danone Baby and Medical Nutrition B.V.) (“Numico”) and the Dutch Shareholders’ Association (Vereniging VEB NCVB) concerning Numico shares sold on 9 July 2007. Here you can find the press release issued by Numico on 11 February 2009 in which the settlement was announced.

This website also contains the application form with the use of which an application to receiving compensation under the settlement can be made. The settlement application period ends on 15 September 2009. Application forms that are received after that date will not be processed. The application form furthermore contains important information regarding the application procedure and the settlement conditions.
